"If that doesn't sound turned around then nothing else ever will." She said it underneath her breathe and so Roland was likely the only able to hear it. He was just being himself but, honestly, sometimes the way he spoke bordered on a little unacceptable. But Roland hardly needed her to protect him, verbally or otherwise, so she didn't allow her mouth to run off its tracks.
