"You have a mouth that could drive a man mad," Roland replied, meeting her eyes, and turned his face up to kiss the mouth in question. He could taste his own salty bitterness on her lips, when he bit down lightly on her lower lip. "Don't mock me. You can see damn well that I am." He smiled a little, running a hand back through his sweat-slicked curls.
A moment later, there was a knock on the door. Sighing, Roland got to his feet and slung a sheet around his waist, looking down at her. "Well, I suppose now we both stink of sweat and come, there are worse times for a bath."
